KENSHO’s role goes beyond the introduction of products. It is to facilitate well-informed market entry, enduring partnerships and sustainable investment activity across borders. We believe that successful cross-border investment requires more than transactions. It requires trusted relationships, local insight, careful partner selection and the ability to align different market perspectives over the long term.

This vision is also rooted in my own professional experience. Over more than 25 years of working in and with Japan, I have always seen my role as that of a bridge between Japan and Germany/Europe, identifying opportunities on one side of the bridge, discussing these with investors on the other side, and helping to translate the opportunities into a workable strategy.

Through intensive listening, regular exchange and long-standing engagement with Japanese stakeholders, I have learned that successful cross-border cooperation depends not only on expertise and access, but equally on mutual understanding, continuity and trusted relationships. This conviction continues to shape KENSHO’s approach today: to connect interests carefully, to communicate opportunities clearly and to support investors and partners in developing sustainable and well-aligned strategies across borders.
